Yes! You can easily change or cancel your subscription right from your client portal. If you are having trouble changing, contact us; we will gladly help you get the package you need.

While the AccelReviews platform makes it easy to manage your reviews, there may be some instances where they do not show on platforms like Google or Facebook. There are many reasons for this, including bugs outside our control. As long as you consistently obtain feedback, we recommend you not worry about these reviews. If you notice a large number of reviews not showing, contact us, and we will assist you.

Your success is critical, and we here at AccelReviews want to ensure you get the most from our platform. The number of emails/SMS messages you can send depends on the plan you’ve subscribed to. It’s important that don’t send out large quantities of messages and spam people. This can lead to your number and email being blacklisted and cause issues for you. We recommend generating feedback from new clients and customers in a natural way that won’t come across as spammy.
